At Atelier Mel Cabanas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As all our products are handmade and artisanal, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Return period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return, provided the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return conditions

The product must be unused and in its original state.
It must retain the original packaging and labels.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
Sale or special promotion items are subject to specific conditions.

How to make a return

Your order number
The reason for the return
Whether you want an exchange or a refund

We will reply within 48 hours with shipping instructions for your return.

Refund

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process the refund for the item amount within 7 to 14 business days via the same payment method used at purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error or a defective product.
